I loved that the staff were so helpful and friendly! our house cleaners were amazing. They really went the extra mile to keep our room super clean. the bed was comfortable and very large! it was awesome we were close to reception so we walked to the buffet area every morning for a delicious breakfast, we were spoiled.
the pool was a little crowded during peak hours.

the hotel is in a great location. it gave us easy access to many decent restaurants nearby! exploring around the area was so simple because of this. plus, everything we needed was within easy reach.

our room was spacious. it was cleaned daily with fresh towels and the tea and coffee were all topped up every day. the resort provided a very pleasant experience. all our needs were met.

the pools and gardens were beautiful and very tropical. the resort features a fun lazy river pool and poolside rooms. this setup was easy for families, especially with wheelchair access available everywhere. there were two swim-up bars available for the adults.

i stayed in a pool access room. it offered immediate access to the water. the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels available. breakfast included an egg bar that provided various options. crispy bacon was always available. its location is near restaurants and shops.
The water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak. it was manageable.

The breakfast had a nice selection of different foods and fruit. I guess that was acceptable.
The mattresses were too hard. It was like i was sleeping on a rock. the plug socket on the left hand side of the bed didn't even work. i was told not to leave anything in my room that wasn't locked up. It gave me a strange feeling.

easy accessdismissive staffroom view
the location was acceptable. it allowed easy access to nearby restaurants.
The room assigned had a view of a wall. getting to this 'superior royal blue wing' room was like navigating a dungeon, requiring a long walk down a 500-meter corridor. the reception staff seemed abrupt and unhelpful. I requested to upgrade the room. but i received a dismissive 'wait'.
